(Received October 30, 9.49 a.m.) LONDON, 29th October. On the arrival of the City of London Imperial Volunteers at Southampton they were given a great welcome. Proceeding to London, enormous crowds, especially in the vicinity of St. Paul's Cathedral, greeted them as they marched through the streets.
