An alleged brother of the Premier of New Zealand has been discovered in South Africa. Writing from Bulawayo on 13th July, Trooper James M'Lean, of Okaramio (Marlborough), who Avent Avith the Fifth Contingent, says: —"We met an old miner here, dressed just in the rough and ready style of the Np.av Zealand diggers. He told us his name Avas Seddon, and he claims to be a brother of the Right Hon. R. J. Seddon, of New Zealand."
