RETURNED NEW ZEALANDERS. (Received September 13, 10.10 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Miss Moore, a missionaiy, has arrived here from China en route to her home in New Zealand. Mr. J. A. Agnew, a New Zealander who was engaged in mining pursuits in Mongolia, has also returned. He got away from 'that country before the trouble became acute, but was shut up in Tientsin during the bombardment.
