ADVICE OF THE TiMES. LONDON, 25th' December. The Times in commenting on the military situation in South Africa, urges that no important movement should be made until the reinforcements now under transport arrive at their destination, when the several divisional commanders, having received an accesion of strength, will be able to move freely from the railways. , ' Military critics at Home consider that a forward movement from a centre is the only true line of advance, although it is admitted that suoh a movement is at present impracticable.
