«. — [by telegbaph — pbess association.] Napieb, This Day. Mr. Francis E. Saunders, an old Uawkes Bay resident, for many years Secretar}' to the Harbour Board, died this morning. Chbistchubch. Tnis Day. The deaths are announced of two old Canterbury residents, Mr. James Tait, formerly a City Councillor, and first Mayor of Sumner; and Mr. James Miles, of Ranyiora, aged SS.
