♦ MAJOR ESTERHAZY FLOGS COLONEL PICQUART. [PItESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received July 5, 9.55 a.m.) I Paeis, 4th July. During the first trial of M. Zola at Versailles it was reported that Major Esterhazy intended to horsewhip Colonel Picquart, of tho French Intelligence Department, for statements made in connection with the Dreyfus case. Major Esterhazy yesterday mot Col. Picquarfc at Passy, and attacked him with a cane.
