♦ THE IRISH PARTIES. « JOINT POLICY AGREED UPON. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received December 17, 9.55 a.m.) Loxdon, 16th December. On behalf of the two sections of the Irish National Party, Messrs. John Dillon and J. E. Redmond propose that action be taken during the Parliamentary session with regard to the questions of the evicted tenants in the West of Ireland, and local Government for Ireland and Irish financial reform.
