THE HARAPIPI MURDER CASE.

[BY TELEGBAPH — PBEBS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, 10th December. Heinrich Pohlen, the old man who stands charged with the murder of Patrick Corcoran at Harapipi, has, from the frequency of his appearances at the Police Court, grown quite accustomed to it. The old fellow shuffled into the dock once more thiß morning and listened once again to the now familiar charge. The first time Pohlen appeared he leaned over the dock and denied the charge, but to-day he merel3 r nodded his head and smiled to himself. Sergeant Clarke asked for a further remand until the 18th. It has been arranged that the case should be heard on the 23rd at Te Awamutu, and the accused could be brought up on the 18th and be formally remanded to that township.
