♦ A special meeting of the Wellington Cricket Association was held last night, Mr. C. A. Knapp in the chair. After considerable argument ij; was decided, by 15 votes to 14, to allow the Petone Club to compete in the Junior Championship, thus reversing " a previous resolution of the Association declining to allow the suburban men to take part in the contest.
