tn the Court of Appeal this afternoon the appeal of Warena Hunia against the. decision bf Oie Chief Justice declaring appellant and Major Kemp trustees for the Muaopoko tribe in respect of the Horowhenua Block, was dismissed. Mr. JustioeDenniaton, in delivering judgment, stated that the Court fully agreed with the decision of the Chief Justice in the Court below. Costs were allowed on the highest Eoale. On the application of Mr Morison, leave was given to appeal to the Privy Connoil.
