I PRESS ABSOCIATION.i (Beoeived May 17, 10.30 a.m.) Washington, 16th May. Owing to tho improvement in trade, Messrs. Carnegie have advanced the wages of the men employed at their steel works at Homestead, near Pittsburg, by 10 per aent.
