I SPECIAL. | London, 14th May. The Times thinks it only too likely that personal feeling explains Sir Henry Parkas' attack on Mr. Reid. Tho Morning Advertiser condemns the New South Walos Budget as obviously olass legislation. The paper considers that the new proposals will interfere with the course of trade, and exempt the working classes from taxation, except tboir share of the i Customs duties on drink and tobacco. 1 (Received May IS, 10 30 a m.) Stdnet, This Dat. , Sir Henry Parkcs' hostile motion will be , discussed to-morrow. Allowing for all probable combinations and defections, it is considered that the Government will have a majority. In the Legislative Assembly a petition was presented from sugar growers, protesting against the removal of the sugar duties, and urging that such a stop would ruin the industry.
