The Qooon has sent a message to the Viceroy of India conveying thanks for the gallant services of the soldiers in rolieving Uhitral, and expressing sorrow with the families of thoio kiliod, and solicitude for the wounded. It is understood that Colonel Kelly will bo created a K.C.B. (Received April 29, 10.30 a.m./ Calcutta, 28th April. Colonel Gateacre experienced enormous difficulty in making a road over the lofty Lowarl Pass.
