M'Artlmr & Co., Abbott, Oram & Co., and John Trenwith, the merchants whom the thrco Russian Jews, Shcin, we o accused and convicted of conspiring to defrand, cued for tho recovery of the money owing to thceo firms for goods supplied to ihem. Mr. Campbell, who appeared to- tho p friuliff*, said it waß agreed to acjept confession. This lueanp, no doubt, that tho monej's found in possession of iho Pi onar<? will be distributed among the three plaintiffs.
