THE CORPORATION DOG KENNELS.

♦ TO THE EDITOR. Sib— Having read a notice to the effect th»t some unolaimed dogs were to be sold to-day, I visited the Corporation Yards about - 1.30 p.m. to inspect the canine prisoners, but . wtiß surprised to find them securely shut from view, althongh several employe's wore about the yards. I venture to suggest that in the future thn kennels be aooessiblo for publio inspection during tho day, as it may " not be convenient to visit them at the time - of sale. I am, &c, Rabbiter. Gth April.
