Collins —"Thatthis mooting dosiros to express its thanks to tho rotiring officers, and especially, as the location of the head offico is in future to bo located in Wellington, records its appreciation of tho valuable services of tho Auckland friends since tho institution of tho Alliance." Tho following resolution was also adopted, on tho motion of tho Key. E. Walker, seconded by tho Roy. Mr. Miller, " 7 hat this meeting desires to express its sympathy with Mr. R. Clopbane, cf Christchurch, in his illness, and its high appreciation of his long and dovoted sorvico to the Alliance and tho Temperance causo generally. This concluded the business of the session.
