EXPLOSION IN A DININGROOM. EIGHT PERSONS KILLED.
[UNITCD PRESS ASSOCIATION.! St. Petersburg, 4th January. An insane landlord of one of the hotels in this city took a dynamite cartridge with a lighted fuse attached into the dining-room while a nnmbor of people were at dinner. An explosion followed, killing eight persona, including himself.
