[UNITED PBESS J.BSOOIATIO.H.) (Received July 9, 1 p.m.), _, Sydnet, Tjbib Dat. The Assembly rejeoted tho Bill for thei abolition of plural voting. Subsequently a motion, That the Bill be read that day three months, was carried by the casting vote of the Speakor. Mr. O'Connor, Postmaster-General, is introduoing a Postal Bill, to reduce postage within the colony and impose newspaper postage.
