A mass meeting was held on Saturday evening in support of Mr. Gladstone, Sir Bryan O'Loghlen, Bart., being in the chair. The attendance numbered fully five thousand, and included several clergymen. Resolutions were passed thanking Mr. Gladstone for his efforts to procure Home Rule for Ireland, and sympathising with him in tho rejection of hia pronosals.
