BUILDING REGULATIONS. 11HE following By-law, passed at a spesia meeting of the City Counoil held on the 6th February, 1882, will be confirmed at the ordinary meeting of th-3 Council to be held on Thuraday, the 16th Maroh, at 7.30 p m. : - By-Law to amend By-law of 25th November, 1830: Whereaa by By-law of the 25th November, 1880, it 13 provided that ;in cases of buildings within No. 1 Building Distriot already roofed with combuatible materials the said oombustible materials muat be replaced with others which are noncombustible not later than the 31st December, 1881, and whereas the Borough Counoil of the City of Wellington are desirous of altering the said By-law in order to extend the period aforesaid -. it is hereby ordained by the said Council by virtue of the power vested in them in this behalf : — " That the Building Regulations By-law of 25th Novemher, 1880, be altered by substituting the year 1888 -for 1881 in the said By-law."
