In tbe City Court to-day Margaret M'Call was committed for trial for stabbing a Chinaman with a knife. Awdonr Badcock charged with stealing a saddle, ad rait tod tlio offence, pleading that it was to obtain food, and was sentenced to two months' imprisonment.
