The Good Templtfr delegates have arrived from Wellington and Auckland, and at once met, when some preliminary business was gone through. A letter has been received by the Superintendent re cent-al penal establishment, informing him that 0. W. jtiursthon«e had been instructed to proceed at ouce with the necessary surveys for the site of the prison.
