DUNEDIN. 21st December.
The Dunedin elections took place on Monday. No business doing, the excitement being interne. The result of the poll was as follows :— Macandrew, 891 ; Stout, 865; Larnach, 843; Reynolds, 476; Macaasey, 409; Fish, 238. Macandrew, Stout, and Larnach, were put forward by the Anticentral League, and were thus elected. The difference between Reynolds and the three elected persons has caused immense surprise.
