Mr G. Stacpoole thanked two conveners, Mrs A. J. Henderson and Mrs W. E. Do,ak, for the work they had done arranging meetings and the music. He also thanked the conductor, Mr Neil Clarke, the secretary, Mr J. Withell, Mesdames Johnson and Halliday, all those who had helped in other ways and who had helpen in other ways and without whose co-operation the society could not have carried on. The "Guardian" was also thanked for the publicity it had given. Owing to the late start made by the society, only simple pieces had been attempted, but more difficult ones would be tried next year. The weather had considerably hampered the society's activities, several weeks going by without practices. Mr Stacpoole concluded by expressing the hope for an even bigger attendance next year, when as early a start as possible would be made.
