FLOWER SHOW

SEDGEMERE SCHOOL

The annual flower show held by the children of the Sedgemere School was staged on Tuesday, when a very good display was the result. Although heavy winds and dry conditions had made their effect felt in the district, the standard of the blooms and vegetables was high, the number of entities was considerably in advance of the previous shows, and the keen enthusiasm of the youthful exhibitors was marked. A large number of visitors took advantage of the opportunity to inspect the children's effort. The flower section was excellently judgr ed by Mass R. McLaughlin, while the vegetables were in the capable hands of Mr C. Morton. PRIZE LIST
