ALTERNATIVE TENDERS FOR SALE OR LEASE LEESTON FARM PROPERTY. rpHE Public Trustee invites tenders for the alternative sale, or lease, for a term of three years expiring on the 25th March, 1943, of the farm property containing 30 acres situated at Leeston off Selwyn and Lake Roads south. This property, which is at present leased to Mr Arthur Shanks, is suitable for dairying and the growing of root crops. The current lease will expire on the 25th March next. The buildings include a dwelling of 3 rooms with scullery-pantry, stable, cowbyre, and implement shed. Conditions of tender and forms of lease may be inspected and forms of tender may be obtained at the Public Trust Office, Christchurch, or at the office of Mr C. G. Fisher, Agent for the Public Trustee at Leeston. Tenders close at 12 noon on Thursday, the 29th.
