TENDERS. _^ i gALE OR LEASE BY TENDER j ELLESMERE FARM The Public Trustee invites alternative tenders for:— (a) The purchase of the Freehold of the Property situated in the Ellesmere District containing ah area of 194 acres 31 perches more or less and described in the Conditions of Tender together with the buildings situated thereon, or (b) The Lease for a period of Five Years of the said Land and Buildings. This property is situated about 2 miles from Ellesmere Railway Station and 18 miles from Christchurch. The land is of good quality, specially adapted for dairying and mixed agricultural farming and this is a very favourable opportunity of securing a good farm. The buildings comprise a comfortable dwelling with a dairy, four-stalled stable and necessary outbuildings. Conditions of Tender and draft form of lease may be inspected at and further information obtained from the Public Trust Office, Christchurch, and from Mr C. G. Fisher, the agent of the Public Trustee at Leeston, where forms/ of tender may also be obtained.
