PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Southbridge Town Board held-at the Town Hall on Tuesday, the 7th day of May, 1935, at 7.30 p.m., the following resolution was passed:— "In * pursuance and in exercise of the power vested in it by the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33, and by the Southbridge Town Board Loan Conversion Order, 1935, the Southbridge Town Board hereby resolves to issue new securities in conversion of such existing securities." The new securities to be issued in accordance with the terms, stipulations and provisions contained in the Southbridge Town Board Loan Conversion Order, 1935, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 27 of the 12th April, 1935, page 1093, a copy of which is deposited with the Clerk to the Board and may be inspected at any time during office hours, and PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said Board to be held at the Southbridge Town Hall on TUESDAY, the 21st day of May, 1935, at 7.30 p.m. Dated at Southbridge Khis 10th day of May, 1935.
