Next Saturday at Clyde a friendly match lie to be played against 4 or 5 rinks from Alex-, andra. On Saturday last progressive pairs were played for buttons presented by the president (Mr Ted Stevens). The winners were J L. Davidson (skip) and J, M. Matheson (lead). The local challenge buttons are creating much interest. At present C- Gibb and T. Stevens are the holders The third match of the season for the Jolly Memoria is to be played at Cromwell this afternoon, between the holders and a Queenstown rink.
