ANNIVERSARY BALL.
Tbb anniversary ball hold in the Poolbnrn-Moa Creek Hall on Friday last was a great success, The hull was beautifully land artistitally decorated for the occasion and everything bad been done to ensure the comfort of patrons. The floor was in splendid order, and to the delightful music of the Clyde Arizona Jazz Band dancing was a real pleasure, Mrs Crawford played several extras in her usual brilliant style. The supper was a tasty one while a much appreciated innovation was the handing out of ice creams from time to time. Messrs Niven and Briggs made capable M C’s. During an interval Air Ncvill returned thanks to all who had assisted. . He mentioned that a dance was to be held on New Years’ Bye the proceeds of which would be devoted to completing the supper room.
