Care of Gridiron. —The care of the gridiron, if one should have delicately flavored meat, is very important. If possible, use one of steel with slender bars; the common broad, flat iron bar* fry, and scorch the meat. Each time before using, grease it with fresh, aweet suet, and wipe with paper; after using see that it is scrupulously clean before putting away. ,
