She waded out a little distance when she slipped and dropped over a ledge into deep water The other ladies rushed to her asssistance hut they were also carried away and all three ware drowned Two of the bodies were recovered shortly after but all effirfs to resuscitate them were unavailing Dunedin There are six cases of small-pox at Bottle Lake Hospital now.
