Edwin Morgan applied for a lease in perpetuity over section 90, block I, St Bathans district.—Consideration held over. P Muir wrote in to Run 95, Head -■ of Lake Wanaka.—Rec ived, Elizabeth Pickup applied for exemption ' {torn residence on sections 61 and 64, Lean- ■ ’ " jpg Rock district, Earnsc eugh for a few weeks.—Granted. The board was requested to authorise the Receiver of Land Revenue to deal with the of £ll 19s* paid as valuation for improvements or. sections bl and 64, block X, Leaning Rock district, Earnscleugh settlement.—To be paid as revenue 30s, and £9 10s to Arthur Hiscock. Toe Under secretary ot Lands wrote stating that ¥ H Perry desired to acquire a lease over section bo, block I, blackstone district, without competition, and asked the board to take his case into consideration. —Held over until the block is being dealt with , , . „ . Ranger O’Neill reported on the following applications for occupation leases under the M.D.L.O. Act:-Edgar Sainsbury, 15 acres in block X. Leaning Ryck district; j) 4 vid B Cameron, 7 acres iu block VI, Tiger Hill distri-.t; T Duggan, 100 acres in block VII, Lauder district; Samuel Berry, 100 acres in block VII, Lauder district; Edmond Wellington. 100 acres in block VII, Lauder district; James Percy, 100 aC tea in bh - ck VII, Lauder district. Ihe applications of E Sainsbury and D B Cameron were referred to the warden fur report, end those of T Duggan, S Berry. E Wellington were declined, the board being of opinion that the granting of the applications would judicaUy affect the working of the run, Hanger O’Neill reported on the applica-r-tioc of Robert Orawlord for an occupation t«.« under the UPLO Act over section 177, t>m ll
