TROUBLE IN CHINA.
LONDON, July 22.
'The Times' Pekin correspondent states that the magistrate at Shooyanghsien, who sent missionaries handcuffed to Taiyuenfu, where they were murdered, has not been been removed from the position, despite the edict ordering his exile. Sir E. Satow has demanded his exile. HONGKONG, July 22. The Chinese have cut portion of the telegraph line near Tientsin.
