TROUBLE IN CHINA.
LONDON. July 15,
In preparation for the Emperor's return to Pekin, the pagodas and public buildings damaged ' during the bombardment are being repaired with wood to resemble stone.
The Ministers of the Powers agree to ■withdraw the troops from the temples and palaces in the middle of August.
