The Steamers would require to be of not less than about 4000 tons register, and to have suitable Refrigerating Accommodation for the conveyance of Frozen Meat and Dairy Produce. It is also desirable that Passenger Accommodation should be provided, and applicants will be required to state what Passenger Accommodation would be available. The Steamers to leave New Zealand about once every Six (6) Weeks. HAVING heard that I have refused to submit my claim against the >le\v Zealand Accident Insurance Company to Arbitration, I beg to give the report a most emphatic denial. I have both verbally and in writing repeatedly offered to go to Arbitration, and as a proof thereof new challenge the Company to submit the merits of my claim to Arbitration in the usual manner, namely, each side to appoint an Arbitrator, and the Arbitrators to appoint an Umpire before proceeding on their duties.
