De LISLE AND THE NEW ZEALAND ACCIDENT INSURANCE CO. Challenge. HAVING heard that I have refused to submit my claim against the New Zealand Accident Insurance Company to Arbitration, I beg to give the report a most emphatic denial. I have both verbally and in writing repeatedly offered to go to Arbitration, and as a proof thereof new challenge the Company to submit the merits of my claim to Arbitration in the usual manner, namely, each side to appoint an Arbitrator, and the Arbitrators to appoint an Umpire before proceeding on their duties. If this challenge be not accepted within Ten days I will publish the fact so that the Public may judge for themselves whether the report is true or not so far as I am concerned. FRED. De LISLE. Napier, November 23rd, 1900. THE Above hae appeared in both Napier papers for ten days. It has also been brought to the direct attention of three representatives of the company by registered post. Eccles's Pharmacies, Napier and Hastings. Tho Maoris are very ford of Bonningtqp's Carrageen Irish Moss, says Mr J j"in Ranby, ot Woodend, near Kaiapoi. I often hear of the good effects of your Carrageen when used for colds, hronc*uj*jß, and asthma, from which the naßyes in the district suffer very much. Bortnington's Carrageen Irish Moss, has been in constant use in New Zealand for upwards of thirty-five years, and is ever increasing in popularity. When pur chasing it is important to ask for Bonnington's, and avoid worthless imitation-. We are informed that a well-known man about town lias made rather a good " deal." He was suffering with rather a nasty cough, which although not very troublesome during the day, annoyed him considerably as soon as the air got the least damp. Advised to try Dr. Pascall's Cough Mixture, he bought a bottle from MR ECCLES, the chemist, and his cough was soon cured. For eighteen pence he got rid of that cough, and now swears by " Pascall," and says " It's worth it's weight in gold." After all, it does seem silly to keep a cough when it can be cured for eighteen pence.
