More Threats. (Received Dec. 10, 8.44 a.m.) London, Dec. 9. The Italian Government have declined Kruger's proposed visit to Rome. Kruger threatens to publish correspondence implicating the Powers who encouraged the Boers to go to war. The Netherlands Premier (Mr N. G. Pierson) and the Minister for Foreign Affairs (Mr W. H. de Beaufort) paid half an hour's visit to Kruger at his hotel.
