KRUGER'S TOUR.
His Reception in Holland.
Psalms Chanted and Hymns Sung.
His Pathway Strewn With Flowers.
(Received Dec. 7, 10.55 p.m.) London, Dec. 7. Mr Kruger, on arrival at The Hague, was met by the Burgomaster, but no one representing the Court or the Government was present at the railway station. The States-General (Parliament) passed a resolution of sympathy and welcome. There was intense popular enthusiasm. Seven hundred men and girls chanted selections from the Psalms, whilst another choir at his hotel sang a special hymn. Three ladies preceded Mr Krnger as he ascended the staircase, scattering flowers before him. Members of the Government subsequently called upon the ex-Presidtut.
