France Agrees to Arbitrate.
United Press Association. By Electric Telegraph — Copyright. (Received Aug. 4, 9.20 a.m.) London, Aug. 3. Speaking in the House of Commobs the Hon. St. Bvodrick, Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, stated that the French Government had agreed to submit to arbitration the long pending Wairaa dispute, in which Great Britain claims compensation for the wives, and families of British officers killed in West Africa.
