RULES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS. First Race to start at 11 a.m. sharp. _ Nominations for Birthday Handicap, Handicap Hurdle Race, and Two-mile Handicap must be in the hands of the Secretary on or before SATURDAY, 24th Ootober, at 10 p.m. All Dominations to be accompanied with a record of last three performances, as well as the necessary feeß and colors, or they will not be recognised. All protests to be made in writing, and to be lodged with the Committee 10 minuteß after the event, together with ss, which will be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. Handicaps will be declared on 31st October, and Acceptances are due on Thursday, sth November. Entries for Events Nos. I, 11,13, 16, and 17 close with the Secretary at the Masonio Hotel, on sth November, at 10 p.m. The Side Shows atd other amusements will include singing, Aunt Sally, Merry-go-round, Rifle Gallery, Dancing on the Green, Toys and Races for tho children, &c, &c.
