Dukkdin, This day.

There was beautiful weather to-day for tho Otago agricultural show. The entries were not so tumorous as usual, but tho quality of tho stook was as high as over. In shorthorns tho best bull was Mrs Milltr's Nelson, but Nelson was beaten for the championship by tho Now Zealand and Australinn Loan Company's yearling Stanley. In Polled Angus* the Now Zealand and Australian Loan Company's Persins was tbo first and champion bull, and Mr Wallis's Princess Hope was adjudged the best cow. There was capital competition in all aged bulls. Messrs Cowans, Curly, Watson, Shennaus, and John Johnson were tho only exhibitors in merinos. In Liecestots the champion certificate for best ram goes to Messrs John Reid and Son, and for the best ewe to Mr John McCrostie. Iv Lincoln tho New Zealand and Australian Loan Company secured both the champion certificates.
