Sir F. D. Bell, Agent-General for New Zealand has mudr- a proposal to tho other colonial Agents-General that they should join in sending somo eminent physician to Berlin to study under Dr. Koch, and procure lymph for tho use of tho colonies. THE WRECK OF H.M.S SERPENT. The survivor, from the wreck of H.M.S. Serpent have arrived at Plymoutb. They aver that there whs a difference <>f opinion amongst tho officers as to the ye. s:dV course. The .snip broke iv two ,-liortly ufttr striking tho rocks. There was a .scarcity of lifebelts otherwise more lives would have been saved.
