(Received September -1, 11.30 a.m.) DIVIDEND. London, September 3. The Australian and New Zealand Land and Mortgage Company havo declared an interim dividend of -1 per cent. BANK OF NEW ZEALAND. The Times says that if the London Board of Directors of the Bank of New Zealand had demanded to ho informed of the Bank's true position at an earlier date, much subsequent loss might have been averted. Tho artielo hints that tho Board of Trade might appoint auditors to keep the directors up to their duties.
