Henry Meadows, judgment summons, £18 3s 7d (Mr. Lee for debtor, Mr. Loughnau for creditor), the Court felt not justified in making an order; costs to debtor 7s. K. McKenzie v. H. Smith,; balance of P.N. ; judgment for £10 9s 3d, with 6s expenses, costs 235, Mr. Loughnan (solicitor) 10s 6d. H. T. Bagnall v. 0. Bolstad, £2 15s 7d (Mr. Loughnan for plaintiff); judgment with costs 9s, expenses 7s. v. Simeon, dishonored P.N. ; judgment with costs 21s, solicitor (Mr. Loughnan) 10s fd. Edgeooinbe v. Sircombe, for ejectment order (Mr. Loughnan for plaintiff) ; Mr. Cresswell eaid defendant did not appear nor did he for him, but raised the question of error tbat a summons should be ieaued by the E.M., and not by the clerk ; the Court upheld tho objection ; case struok out. Same v. same, claim £38 Iβ 3d (Mr Cresswell appeared for defendant); ultimately adjourned on the application of Mr. Loughnan, till 15t!i January. K. MoKenzie v. G. Eobinson, £13 2s lid, judgment with costs 31s, expenses 2s, solicitor (Mr. Loughnan) 10s Cd. Two other cases wore adjonrned and one nor served. The case of MoLeod v. Pettit, claim £60 damages caused by an alleged assault, is now going on.
