SANITATION OF WELLINGTON.
Wellington, This day. Mr C. J. Johnston wae installed as Mayor at noon to-day. In his address he referred at length to tho question of sanitation, and urged on Councillors and citizens to take immediate steps to adopt an effective scheme of drainage, and thus place Wellington in a position to enjoy the prosperity which was already returning to tho colony.
