The r.teumer Wairoa arrived from Wairoa at 51.30 p.m. yesterdny. Sho will leave agiiin for Wairoa at 11' o'clock to-night. ■ The s s. Ahuriri returned from the coast this morning; Owing to the heavy sea, she was not able to do any work.

The Weka steamed for Nubaka last night. The Result returned from Mohaka, Moeaugiangi, and Waikare this morning, having landed all her cargo. The Orowaiti left Wellington at 5.38 p.m. yesterday, and is due here at 5 p.m. to-day. She goes alongside the Erince of Wales tonight, and will come inside to-morrow morning. She steams for Westport in the

evening. There was no word of the Australia having left Wellington when wo went to press, She is advertised to leave for the north tomorrow.

The Manapouri leaves Ly ttelton to-night, and will arrive here on Saturday forenoon. |§|The left Auckland this afternoon, and is due here early on Saturday morning. The schooner Dunedin was still in Hobson'sßayon Saturday last loading drain tiles, previous to proceeding to Tairua, where she is to take on board some timber for Napier. The barquentine Pendlo Hill left Sydney for Newonetle on 23rd October. She should, therefore, leave tho latter port shortly for Napier. -
