As tho Princo of Wales's Birthday falls on Saturday, 9th November, it haa been decided to observe the holiday on the following Monday. A delivery of oorre-poud.nee •will be made over tho counter at tho Chief Post Office after mails are torted on Saturday night, 9th November, commencing at about ii 30, and all mails will be cloted at the Chief Office at 0 a.m. on Monday 11 th instant.
