A stranger hero had a narrow escape of being run over in Devon street by the train this morning. He was pulled back or ho would havo been knocked over by tho engine. Wheu told of tho narrow escape ho had had he replied ho thought, when he heard tho whistle, that the train was going through a tunnel underground.
