WAIPAWA LICENSING APPEAL CASE.
Wellington, This day,
In the Supreme Court the motion to upset the proceedings of the Waipawa Licensing Committee who granted a license after tho building was burnt down, was refused. Tho Chief Justico upheld the action of tlie Committee, who, ho said, were tho best judges of tlie ciroumstances.
